How do I place an order?
Choose your products, add them to your bag, and continue to checkout. Enter your delivery details, review the total, and place your order. You can check out without creating an account.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is charged once per store, at the amount shown in your bag. Products from different stores may arrive separately. Delivery timing and service availability depend on the seller; contact support before ordering if you have a deadline or remote address.
How do I pay?
Pay cash when each store's delivery arrives. Online card and wallet payments are not currently offered.
How do I track or cancel?
Registered customers can open their account to view orders. Guests can use their order number and private access code on the tracking page. You can cancel a store order while it is pending. For cancellations after processing, returns, or problems with an item, contact support.
